Callooh, Callay!
Sliced Bread, which is the best thing since, will be accepting applications for staff positions during the first two weeks of winter quarter! Applications are due January 23rd, 2007. Please copy and paste the application below, fill it out, and e-mail it back to us at slicedbreadmag@gmail.com or turn it into our mailbox in RC 001 (basement of the Reynolds Club).
Sliced Bread isn't just a literary magazine - we receive and publish works in such traditional genres as short and long fiction, poetry, and prose, but also feature creative non-fiction in the form of essays, journalistic narratives, travel writing, commentary and opinion editorials, book reviews, and also photography and art. Sliced Bread brings together the elements of everyday life's influences, voices, and inspirations. If you want to rant about your neighbor's annoying dog, then yes, send us your poetic or philosophical treatise on the problems caused by chihuahuas. Saw something sensational or incredibly subtle while abroad? We want to hear it!
